+ How do I order wine with personalized labels
Ordering Signature Wines with personalized labels is easy. We just need the following information-
Step 1: Select a wine label
You can use your own photo, logo, or graphic. You can choose from our library of photo-quality graphics. Or you can tell our design team what you are looking for and our team will create something unique for you.
Step 2: Select the text for your label
Tell us what message you want to convey. Or, select a message from our large library of suggested phrases.
Step 3: Select your wine
Go to "Our Wines" page to see the wines we currently have available.
Your wine will be ready for pick up within five business days of final label approval.
+ Can you ship wine out of the state of Ohio?
Due to licensing requirements, at this time, we can only ship wine within the state of Ohio.
+ Can you make a label out of an image I found on the internet?
No. First, most images on the internet are protected by copyright.
Second, if you do have permission to use an image that is on the internet, the image quality is usually too poor to create an acceptable label.
To produce a label that looks as good as you want it to, you must send a high resolution (300 dpi or at least 500 kb) image.
+ Will I be sent a proof of my label?
We want you to be happy. Therefore, we will e-mail a copy of the label to you for your approval prior to printing your label.
+ Can a photograph or logo be made into a label?
Yes. Simply email a high resolution (300 dpi or at least 500 kb) version of the photograph or logo to kharvey@signaturewinesofohio.com.
+ What if I don't have an electronic version of my logo or photograph?
Simply call 614.395.2355 to make us aware you are sending a hard copy of a photograph or logo; then mail to: Signature Wines, 3816 April Lane, Columbus, Ohio 43227.
+ What methods of payment does Signature Wine accept?
We accept cash, as well as personal and corporate checks. Please make checks payable to Signature Wines. Please allow an additional five days for processing checks.
We also accept Mastercard and Visa for any order over $100.00.
+ Can I get labels printed in languages other than English?
Yes. Just submit the text exactly as you want it to appear. Be sure to include accent marks where applicable.
+ How long will it be before I receive my customized wine order?
Your wine will be ready for pick up within five business days of final label approval.
+ Can I sample the wine before making a purchase/placing an order?

+ Can I purchase customized labels only without ordering wine?

+ Is there an extra charge for customized labels?
There is no extra charge for customized labels. Creating customized labels is our business. Therefore, all of our labels are free of charge with any wine purchase. This includes labels using your own images, labels you design, and labels our designers create for you.
+ Is there a minimum order requirement?
We do not require a minimum order. You can order as much, or as little as you want.
+ What type of labels do you use for the customized labels?
We use the TuffCoat High-Gloss labels from Primera Technology. The high-gloss finish is very abrasion resistant and highly water-resistant.
+ What type of label printer do you use?
We use Primera Technology's LX810 Color Label Printer. This printer uses the latest in high-resolution inkjet technology to print brilliant, full-color labels.
+ What if I don't need a customized label?
Signature Wines' has its own label. The Signature Wine label is afixed to any bottle that does not have a customized label.
+ Do you give volume discounts?
We offer a 10% discount if you purchase a case of wine with the same customized label on each bottle.
The types of wine making up the case can be mixed.
+ What are your hours?
Hours are by appointment only. Call 614.395.2355 to schedule an appointment.
+ Where can I purchase Signature Wines?
Signature Wines can only be purchased at the winery. Call 614.395.2355 to place your order.
+ Can I design my own label?
Yes. We do not require our customers to design their own labels. However, if you want to design your own label and e-mail it to us for printing, the dimensions for the artwork must be 4"X4", and the resolution must be 300 dpi.
+ Can I order from your web site?
All orders must be phoned in to 614.395.2355. We must ensure that our customers are over 21. We must also ensure that the order is being placed within the state of Ohio because our license only allows us to ship within Ohio.
