Every step of the process takes time, but we are willing to take that time in order to produce exceptional wines.
Founder's Series Wines have all aged at least two years, and our award winning, oak barrel aged Port is 10 years old.
From sweet whites and blushes, dry whites and reds to our decadent Port, Signature Wines features a selection of fine wines that will please all palates and that will pair perfectly with any type of food.

Les Trois Rouges
A Signature Blend- Bronze Medal Winner, Finger Lakes International Wine Competition
A classic Bordeaux-style, dry red wine blend comprised of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 14% Cabernet Franc. All of the wines in this Signature Blend were made at Signature Wines from whole California grapes.
A full-bodied, dry red wine with prominent aromas of dark cherry and hints of blackberry, black currant, light chocolate, and caramel.
Tastes of dark cherry up front, with a finish of dark fruits, delicate tannins, and soft earthiness. Bright acidity with a good mid-palate mouth feel.
Serve at room temperature with a robust beef dish, wild game or herbed lamb roasts, Cornish game hen, Camembert, brie, or Roquefort.

Cabernet Sauvignon
A medium-bodied dry red wine with a soft French oak nuance to compliment the fruit. Made from whole grapes grown in the mountains of northern California.
With essence of earthy plum and black cherry, premium California grapes provide a medley of sweet dark fruit flavors.
Serve at room temperature with a hearty pasta dish, rack of lamb, prime rib, or any red meat dish.

Red Zinfandel
Made from whole grapes grown in the mountains of northern California. Aged in oak, a robust, bold red wine with flavors of blackberry, black cherry, cranberry, mocha, anise, and pepper notes.
